Temporary Car Park not to proceed at Watling Place

The ACT Government today announced that the temporary Car park proposed for Watling place would not proceed. Council welcomes this decision as the proposed number of car parking spaces was continually reduced to now some 56 spaces which council believes can be found in some adjustment o time limits around Cooleman Court. Development Application Lodged for the Bridge over the Molonglo

MAJOR UPDATE – Monday’s household waste/recycling collections on TUESDAY 10 Nov

Household waste and recycling kerbside collections will be disrupted on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November 2020. The Transport Workers’ Union, representing the drivers employed by Suez, provided notice that protected industrial action will take place for a second consecutive week as part of ongoing Enterprise Bargaining negotiations between the TWU and Suez.
