Woden Community Services Hub, Westfield Woden , Office Suite 003 (Above CommonWealth Bank) where we will discuss strategies and resources for aging in place in the Weston Creek and Woden areas.
Learn about local services, support networks, transport services and practical tips to help you or your loved ones continue living independently and comfortably in your own home.
