Green waste bins are now being collected the same day, but alternate week to your recycling bin.
We have endeavoured to inform customers of the change through letterbox drops and via email, however it appears some households may not have received the communications. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that the new collection schedule provides a more seamless collection service to the ACT community.
A special collection has been arranged to make up for the missed collection from the change. This collection will be for Wednesday, 17 April next week. Please ensure you present garden waste green bins to the kerbside before 7am.
Following this special collection, your next regular collection will be on Monday 22 April.
