Woolies Carpark Consultation
WCCC has been approached for consultation on a proposal to relocate accessible parking outside Cooleman court, in favour of Direct to Boot bays for Woolworths.
“The proposal involves the delivery of dedicated parking bays which will be sign-posted and line-marked in support of electronic online supermarket retailing services that allow and support customer pick-up of pre-ordered goods and produce.
The facility serves to offer:
• an alternative to in-store (bricks and mortar) browsing and purchasing
• a contactless ordering and pick-up facility that compliments existing home delivery services.”

We will be chatting with accessibility advocates and local users to discuss what’s best for those it directly impacts.
Please provide feedback via facebook, come to the meeting on the 23rd May or email to westoncreekcommunitycouncil@gmail.com.
