Comment: It is disappointing that there is nothing concrete here in the response to indicate when the Coombs shops are likely to be open. As well, the release of the various blocks over time doesn’t help the current residents or those who will move into this area over the next 12 months. And for the Molonglo Commercial Area scheduled to be sold in 2020/21 means a 4 year wait from now for the site to be sold. Not for the Area to be built and opened. The wait will continue for Molonglo residents which is not a good outcome.
