The WCCC recently wrote to Minister Corbell regarding the long vacant service stations sites in Weston Creek. Following the Minister’s response the current situation appears to be that the building at Duffy site is well advanced; Chapman is now waiting for some further environmental approvals before any further work – the DA was approved in June or thereabouts; Rivett is slow and may be sold and if so will take some time but there may be some maintenance soon of the site.
