An Honours student in Environmental Science at ANU contacted the Weston Creek Community Council to ask if we could assist with her Honours project which is looking at adapting the successful household food waste management strategy adopted in Milan, Italy, for the ACT. The goal is to understand how we can make food waste management more sustainable in the ACT.
