The Woden/Weston Creek Community Hub study team will be holding a drop-in consultation session at Cooleman Court (upstairs) on Wednesday 31 July from 1.30-5.30pm. The purpose of the consultations will be to advise interested persons of the study’s objectives and to obtain feedback on the frequency of use of community facilities, activities and services provided at both Woden Town Centre and Weston Group Centre.
The responses to these questions will be to support the demand analysis undertaken as part of the feasibility study including information provided in a number of interviews with key stakeholders. We will also be asking people for their views on appropriate sites for the replacement of the facilities and services at Woden Community Centre within a proposed Community Hub, and their ideas for new services and/or activities that should also be part of the Hub.
