Temporary Car Park not to proceed at Watling Place
The ACT Government today announced that the temporary Car park proposed for Watling place would not proceed. Council welcomes this decision as the proposed number of car parking spaces was continually reduced to now some 56 spaces which council believes can be found in some adjustment o time limits around Cooleman Court. Council opposes Request for Lease Variation On Community Zoned Land
Council has lodged comments opposing the request for a lease variation on Block 1 Section 17 in Coombs [Development Application 202037450] where the space required to be provided to be used by the Community in the original lease will essentially be lost of the Request is agreed to.
