Right to a Healthy Environment
In the Parliamentary and Governing Agreement for the 10th Assembly, the ACT Government committed to considering the inclusion of a ‘right to a healthy environment’ in the Human Rights Act 2004. Following from this a discussion paper has been released for community comment. Continue reading

Council has received the following email (including link) from the National Capital Authority about Works Approval for the proposed Aged Care/ Seniors Living Facility on Cotter Road.
