Here is yet another disappointment for those people living in Coombs. The ACT Government made a requirement that there be space for a Community Hall in the site sold for a Child Care Centre in Coombs. However, Council understands that no-one can use it as the area has been offerred for lease at a price which virtually puts all Community Groups out of the market.
What was provided supposedly for the Community sits empty like the Coombs shops.
When will the ACT Government learn!!
